RWR Pipe and Heat Exchanger Cleaning Device fro pipes, heat exchangers and coolers
Deposits in pipes, heat exchangers, coolers, cooling ducts or other systems may cause malfunctions or production losses. This can be avoided by cleaning the systems with the RWR Pipe and Heat Exchanger Cleaning Device at regular intervals. The RWR is manufactured completely from stainless steel and flushes the systems on the principle of recirculation flushing: this saves time and money because there is no complex and time-consuming mounting and dismounting to be done. The cleaning can be completed fast and efficiently even in complex pipe geometries.
Bio-Circle have developed different devices for the different requirements on the optimal removal of deposits from the systems. All devices are mobile (stainless steel trolley), sturdy and equipped with plenty of technical features.

Depending on the different type of contamination, different cleaners can be used with the RWR devices:
Power Cleaner DB - for the removal of limescale, rust, urine scale and other mineral deposits
Smoke Resin Remover - for the removal of greases, oils and oil carbon
