Coming Soon: CB 100 V – A New Solution for Cleaning Electric Motors
Cleaning electric motors presents a particular challenge. Oil, grease, carbon dust and other contaminants can accumulate deep within the windings, where conventional cleaning methods may struggle to remove them completely.
Bio-Circle CB 100 V has been specifically developed for this application.
CB 100 V is a powerful, ready-to-use foaming cleaner designed for electric motors, generators and other electrical maintenance applications. Its active foam penetrates into difficult-to-reach areas and remains on vertical surfaces, providing the contact time needed to loosen stubborn contamination.
Importantly, CB 100 V combines strong cleaning performance with low electrical conductivity and excellent water solubility. After cleaning it can be thoroughly rinsed away without leaving residues which could adversely affect insulation resistance.

Typical contaminants include carbon dust, oil and grease films, industrial dirt and long-term deposits found in motors, switch cabinets and electrical equipment.
How does it work?
CB 100 V is applied undiluted as a foam to the de-energised motor and allowed approximately 15 minutes contact time. The motor is then thoroughly rinsed using low-salt water.
Once completely dry, insulation resistance is checked before the motor is returned to service.
The result is more than a visibly clean motor. By removing conductive contamination and residues from the windings, CB 100 V helps restore insulation resistance while reducing the time and effort involved in electric motor maintenance.
CB 100 V is also VOC-reduced, label-free under CLP regulations and non-dangerous goods for transport, providing a practical alternative to more hazardous conventional cleaning products.
