Your Rights

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund where a product:

• Is faulty or defective.
• Is not of acceptable quality.
• Is not fit for its intended purpose.
• Does not match the description provided.
• Otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law cannot be excluded or restricted by this Refund Policy.

Change of Mind

• We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect choice.
• Please contact us before ordering if you are unsure whether a product is suitable for your application.

Consumables

• Cleaning liquids and other consumable products cannot be returned once opened, except where the product is faulty, defective or otherwise required to be accepted for return under the Australian Consumer Law.

How to Request a Refund or Return

• Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible if there is a problem with your order.
• Provide proof of purchase and details of the issue.
• We may request photographs or other information to help us assess the problem.
• We will advise you of the appropriate return process and, where applicable, arrange a repair, replacement or refund.
