Processing & Dispatch

• Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days, subject to stock availability.
• Orders are dispatched using suitable freight and courier services according to the size, weight, contents and delivery destination of the order.
• Tracking information will be provided where available.

Shipping Costs

• For standard orders, available freight options and shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the products ordered and delivery location.
• Larger or heavier orders requiring pallet freight may be quoted separately.
• Where freight cannot be calculated automatically, you may submit your order and Bio-Circle Australia will contact you with the applicable freight charge before dispatch.

Dangerous Goods

• Some Bio-Circle liquids are classified as Dangerous Goods for transport and cannot be shipped using standard courier services.
• Where an order contains Dangerous Goods, freight will be quoted separately after the order is submitted.
• We will contact you to arrange the appropriate Dangerous Goods freight service and payment of the freight charge before dispatch.

Delivery

• Delivery times vary depending on the destination, freight service and products ordered.
• Estimated transit times provided by freight carriers are indicative only and may be affected by circumstances outside our control.
• Please ensure the delivery address and contact details provided with your order are correct.
