A Bio-Circle parts washer is a safe, water-based cleaning system that replaces toxic solvent baths and aerosol sprays, and caustic water-based cleaners. Instead of harsh chemicals, it uses specially formulated cleaning solutions combined with micro-organisms that break down oils and grease into water and CO2. This means your washer is always ready to use, without the need for frequent fluid changes.
How is Bio-Circle different from a traditional solvent washer or other water-based systems?
Traditional solvent washers use harsh, flammable chemicals that are dangerous to workers and the environment. Other water-based systems are safer than solvents, but they often rely on highly caustic detergents. How often do I need to change the cleaning solution?
