These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website and the purchase of Bio-Circle products in Australia through Revolution Materials Pty Ltd (trading as Bio-Circle Australia).

Pricing & Payment

• All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
• Prices may change without notice.
• Payment terms are as agreed at the time of order confirmation.
• Payment is required at checkout unless you have an approved trading account with Bio-Circle Australia.
• Approved account customers will be invoiced in accordance with their agreed payment terms.

Orders

• Orders are subject to stock availability and acceptance by Bio-Circle Australia.
• If we are unable to fulfil an order, we will contact you to arrange an appropriate alternative or refund.

Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery charges and available freight options vary according to the products ordered and delivery location.
• Some products, including Dangerous Goods and larger equipment requiring pallet freight, may require freight to be quoted separately.
• Please refer to our Shipping Policy for further information.

Warranty

• Products are supplied with the manufacturer’s applicable warranty.
• Warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, unauthorised modifications or damage arising from use contrary to the manufacturer’s instructions.
• Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Any manufacturer’s warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Liability

• To the extent permitted by law, Bio-Circle Australia is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
